Each day across Australia, thousands of individuals and teams are working in palliative care to make a positive difference to the lives of people living with a life-limiting illness and our Volunteer team at Anam Cara House Geelong make up a large portion of those individuals. Congratulations to all of our dedicated and incredible volunteers who were recognised as finalists for outstanding innovation, talent and teamwork in the palliative care sector.
